Bakery mix for production of wheat-rye bakery products with high contents of grains

Saski is a mix for production of wheat-rye bakery products with particularly high content of grains. They make 80% of the mix and 35% of end product. The recipe combines wheat flakes, rye flakes, linseed and golden linseed and shelled sunflower seed which makes the bread interesting not only because of its taste but also because of its nutritional value. Saski mix’s advantage is exceptionally tasty look of bread thanks to visible grains. Saski mix guarantees high quality and repeatability of production.
