Mix for the production of coconut cookies

Coco’s mix is a ready-to-use mix for the production of coconut cookies, coconut pulp and for cakes decoration. Its main advantage is 100% natural flavor without artificial aromas. It makes preparing coconut products simple and enjoyable and the products we make with this mix are extremely tasty. The mix contains 44% of specially selected highest quality coconut shreds. The mix allows us to prepare coconut cookies either manually or by means of cookie machine. Coconut cookies maintain proper shape and constant moisture.
