Method:

Knead all the ingredients of the dough and put aside to allow initial fermentation for about 15 minutes. Then weigh out the desired amount, shape the dough chunks, place them on boards, flatten and allow fermentation at 35°C and humidity of 70-80% for about 50 minutes. Then fry in fat heated to 180 °C for 3 minutes, flip on the other side and fry for another 2 minutes. It is advisable to dry the donut skin lightly just before frying..

Method:

Knead all dough ingredients to normal consistency. Allow the initial fermentation of the dough for about 15 minutes. Then weigh out the desired amount, shape the dough chunks and allow fermentation at 35°C and humidity of 80% for 60 minutes. Bake at 180°C for 14 minutes.
