Method:

Knead all ingredients for 3 minutes using medium speed horizontal frame mixer. Then put on the baking tray and decorate with fruit, cream etc. and bake.

Baking: 170 - 180°C

Method:

Knead all the ingredients (without apples) for 3 minutes using a medium speed horizontal frame mixer. Then add apples and knead at low speed for a minute. After putting the dough on the tray, decorate with apple, cream, etc. and bake.
