Bakery mix for production of buckwheat and wheat-rye bakery products

Gryczany is an original bread mix for making buckwheat bread. 55% of its ingredients is made of buckwheat: buckwheat flour, buckwheat grits and buckwheat flakes. They not only give the bread the original taste and aroma of buckwheat grits but also make the bread particularly healthy. The mix can be used for making bread and spicy rolls. Gryczany mix is characterized by high efficiency and produced bread has long freshness.
