Malted maxim is a 40% bakery mix for making malted rye-wheat bread

Bread from malted maxim mix has an extremely aromatic and dark crumb resulting from natural malts included in the mix (roasted rye, barley malt, rye malt, malt extract). Thanks to the specially selected ingredients of the mix bakery products gain a unique character. The use of a malted maxim mix allows for creation of several recipes such as wheat-rye, bread, bread with grains, rustic bread, ciabatta, rustic baguette, etc.
