Mix for production wheat and wheat-rye bread with addition of red pepper, garlic, chili pepper and corn flour

Characteristic for South and Central America spices are strengthened with corn flour which is an important part of diet in that part of the world. The flour gives bread characteristic color and dough is able to absorb more water during processing. Bakery products made from Meksykański mix have slight spicy taste and appetizing look thanks to visible particles of pepper. The mix is particularly recommended for making bread and long rolls, it is also perfect for sandwiches and snacks. Thanks to innovative recipe the bread is resistant to ropiness.
