Bakery mix for production of wheat-rye bakery products with addition of oregano

Bakery products made from Panitalia mix, thanks to special production process and addition of oregano, is enriched with exceptional aroma and very characteristic look of crust and soft interior. The main advantage of Panitalia mix is that it is possible to create various shapes of our products, e.g. irregularly shaped bread, rolls, plaits. It can also be used for special products such as: Polish onion cakes, pizza bottoms. Panitalia mix allows application of wide variety of additions, e.g. olives, different grains, spices and herbs, e.g. basil, herbs de Provence, etc. Apart from attractive taste Panitalię is characterized by tasty appearance of soft interior with large irregular pores resulting from longer fermentation process.
