It is perfect for all kinds of breads. Its great advantage is the wide variety of applications: it can be used as decorative sprinkle for bread or as mix for bread making. it is composed of rye flakes, wheat flakes, brown linseed, whole sunflower seeds, wheat bran, sesame.

  • Available units: Bag 25 kg
  • Dosage: as sprinkle to decorate bread – min. 5% of used flour weight, i.e. 5 kg sprinkle for 100 kg flour. As mix for bread production – 20% of used flour weight, i.e. 20 kg mix for 100 kg flour (directly into flour before kneading)
