Dynamil Grey

Improver for wheat and mixed bakery products

Particularly recommended for kaiser rolls, poznan rolls and other wheat bread baked in small and industrial bakeries. The unique selection of Grey Dynamil ingredients results in the increased water absorption of the dough and the dough yield, as well as guarantees maximum rise of the dough pieces. The use of Grey Dynamil improver effectively reduces the adhesion of the dough to hands and working surfaces of machinery and equipment. Grey Dynamil ensures more security at all stages of bread production.
