Dynamil Pink

Improver for the production of wheat and confectionery bakery products

Pink Dynamil is recommended for the production of exquisite wheat bread, confectionery and normal bread, preferably with at least 1% of fat content. Thanks to the modern recipe that contains specially selected ingredients, Pink Dynamil increases the dough tolerance to mixing temperature, intensifies fermentation and provides maximum rise of dough pieces. Using Pink Dynamil ensures stability of the entire bread production process. It also guarantees maximum repeatability of finished products.

  • Available units: Bag 10 and 25 kg
  • Dosage: 0.3–0.5% of used flour weight, i.e. 0.3–0.5 kg improver for 100 kg flour (directly into flour before kneading)
