Golden Dynamil increases volume of the finished product and improves the dough tolerance during bread production process, both in manual and machine processing. Golden is efficient in application and ensures excellent effects not only for Wheat-rye bread, but also wheat bread. Its use ensures a flexible and uniform crumb. Baked goods with the addition of Golden Dynamil are characterized by natural taste and aroma. Golden is a guarantee of a stable baking.

  • Available units: Bag 10 kg and 25 kg
  • Dosage: 0.3–0.5% of used flour weight, i.e. 0.3–0.5 kg improver for 100 kg flour (directly into flour before kneading)
