POL 103

Improver for toasts, hamburger and hot-dog buns with an extended shelf-life.

POL 103 prevents molding the bread and prolongs its freshness for 21 days. In addition, it whitens the crumb, increases the dough tolerance during processing and fermentation, and improves the rheological properties of the dough.
