Top Fresh is a high quality bakery improver which significantly extends the softness and freshness of bread. It is intended for wheat and mixed bakery products including packed breads. It is particularly recommended for Baltona type bread. It significantly extends the freshness of bread and guarantees large volume and regular structure. The application of Top Fresh improver positively affects water absorption of the dough and the whole processing. Its usage does not affect the taste or aroma of the finished products. Thanks to the application of Top Fresh we gain 1 loaf of final product more from 10 kg of used flour.

  • Dosage: 0.5–1% of used flour weight, i.e. 0.5–1 kg improver for 100 kg flour (directly into flour before kneading)
