Bosco is ready to use thermo-stable filling made of different kinds of fruit, such as: blackberry, apple, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, red currant. Bosco is intended for use in bakery as well as confectionery products. It can be used for cakes as an addition to pastry cream and whipped cream.
