Livendo offers ingredients based on sourdough: with malt, organic acids, spices, etc. These ingredients help to broaden and diversify the range of bakery products aromas.

CONVENIENT

They are added directly to the flour, and the ease of dosing allows obtaining the desired intensity of the aroma. The use of the ingredients facilitates the formation of dough chunks.

AF200 L, AS75 L, AS200 L, ASM210 L, AS300 P, RYOL AC DARK, RITESA, RITESA PREMIUM, RITESA W PŁYNIE, KONTINOL, AOM470.

Additional information:
  • Available packages: 10 kg and 20 kg sack; 5 kg, 11 kg canister; 10 and 30 kg bucket; bag-in-box 15 kg
  • Shelf life: 8 to 18 months from the date of production, depending on the type of product.
  • DOSAGE: 1% to 4% of the total weight of flour (1 to 4 kg per 100 kg of flour), depending on the product and the intensity of the aroma required.
