Extra Babka Caramel

A confectionery mix for making sponge-fat caramel flavored cakes.

Particularly recommended for the production of all kinds of bundt cakes. It is characterized by a delicate moist crumb of even structure. The mix guarantees fast and easy production as well as the unique flavor and caramel aroma. An additional advantage is the long shelf life obtained without the use of preservatives.

Method:

Knead all ingredients for 5-7 minutes using medium speed horizontal frame mixer. Then put into the mold and gently cut the chunk of the dough along the mold.

Baking: 170 – 180°C

Baking time: approximately 35 - 45 minutes.
