Method:

Beat the mass with a mixing whisk for about 8 minutes at high speed. Pour into the pan and bake. The weight of the batter in a 24 cm diameter pan is about 500-550 g.

Baking: 180°C

Baking time: 35-40 minutes

Method:

Beat the mass with a mixing whisk for about 8 minutes at high speed. Pour into the pan and bake. The weight of batter for a bottom measuring 60x40cm is about 500-600 g.

Baking: 220˚C - 230˚C

Baking time: 6-8 minutes
