Bałkański is a high quality baking mix for the production of wheat-rye and wheat bread with the flavour characteristic of the Balkan region

Bread made with the use of Bałkański mix is characterized by a unique flavour, among others owing to a remarkable recipe with the use of malted flour. The flavour and nutritional value of bread has been additionally intensified by adding sunflower seeds, linseed, soy and sesame as well as millet. In addition, grains that are visible to the naked eye also affect the appetizing appearance of bread made with the use of this mix. Bałkański has a uniform crumb with a natural 'golden' colour, which is achieved owing to fermented malt rye flour. High nutritional value of bread has been intensified by adding sunflower seeds, linseed, soy meal, millet and soy.
