POL 201

Improver for wheat, plain and choice bread

Recommended for plain and choice wheat bread with a small addition of sugar and fat, from baked and frozen dough. Pol 201 increases the tolerance of the dough both during processing and fermentation. It stabilizes the product during freezing and thawing.
