Bellini

Bellini is a mix for making sponge-fatty chocolate flavored cakes.

The mix can be used for tops, bottoms of cream cakes, chocolate cakes with fruit and many other products that Lesaffre Polska technologists offer to you. Products made with the Bellini mix are characterized by a great taste, excellent quality, but also extended freshness of finished products. Due to the unique production method used, the cake stays fresh and moist while the sides of the product do not dry out. At the same time Bellini crumb is what customers are looking for - a delicate one with a uniform structure.

Method:

Knead all ingredients 3-5 minutes using medium speed horizontal frame mixer. Put on the baking tray, decorate as you like and bake.

Baking temperature: 170-180˚C

Baking time: 30-40 minutes (for a dough weight of 1kg mix)

Method:

Knead all ingredients 3-5 minutes using medium speed horizontal frame mixer. Put in the baking pan and bake.

Baking temperature: 170-180˚C

Baking time: 30-40 minutes

Cheese mixture (for cheesecake on chocolate bottom)

Method:

Mix the curd cheese, eggs and sugar into a uniform mass. Then add Best Cream and mix for about 10 minutes to obtain a spreadable cheese mass. Then place the cheese mass on the previously baked-up chocolate bottom and pour over another portion of Bellini chocolate cake. Proceed to baking.

Baking temperature: 150-180˚C

Baking time: 60-70 minutes (for a dough weight from 2 kg of mix and cheese mass prepared from 1 kg of cheese)
