CALL TO DEPOSIT SHARE CERTIFICATES
The Management Board of the company operating under business name Lesaffre Polska Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wołczyn (further referred to as the “Company”), performing the obligation arising from Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 on the Amendment of the Commercial Companies Code and Certain Other Statutory Acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), hereby calls all shareholders of the Company to deposit share certificates (multiple share certificates) held for the purpose of their dematerialisation.
Share certificates should be deposited in the Company’s registered office, i.e. at ul. Dworcowa 36, 46-250 Wołczyn, in the HR Department (rooms 3-5), on the ground floor of the office building, on business days (Monday to Friday), from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
The deposition of share certificates in the Company is attested by way of a written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
This call is the fifth out of five calls required under the above-mentioned provision of law.
