RECRUITMENT AT LESAFFRE POLSKA.
The first stage of the recruitment process is to select a job advertisement that matches your qualifications and expectations. You should read it carefully and make sure that the scope of duties we offer matches your career plans and interests. You should pay attention to the location of the workplace and indicate on your application documents if you are willing to relocate. We are an international company and offer professional development not only locally, but also in other Lesaffre factories.
1. Online application
Have you already chosen the right job advertisement? The next step is to create your application documents. This process will take you about 5 minutes. Thanks to the option of submitting your application using a ready-made form, which includes space for your resume, cover letter, and other documents, this stage will go very smoothly. Your application documents are your calling card—make sure they are substantive and visually appealing.
2. Phone interview
All applications sent to us are forwarded to our recruiters and analyzed by them. If, after reviewing your documents, we find that your qualifications and skills match our expectations, we will call you. During the phone call, an HR employee will ask you questions related to the specific job offer and may ask you to clarify the information contained in your resume. They will also ask about your financial expectations. If both parties are interested in proceeding to the next stage, we will arrange a convenient date for a job interview.
3. Job interview
The interview is usually conducted at our company’s headquarters in the presence of an HR employee and your future supervisor. During the meeting, we will verify the skills necessary to perform the job, your motivation, and your professional goals. If the job offer requires knowledge of a foreign language, part of the interview may be conducted in that language. During the meeting, you will learn about the working conditions at Lesaffre Polska and the employee benefits system. The recruiter will also answer all your questions related to the job. We want to make sure that the recruitment process is successful for you and our company.
4. FEEDBACK
We value your time, so we will keep you informed about the recruitment process at every stage. Regardless of our decision regarding the selection of a candidate, we will inform you of the final result.
5. Employment at the company
We know how important and exciting it can be to start a new job, which is why, once you accept our offer, you will be assigned a person from the HR department who will guide you through the employment process step by step and answer all your questions.
On your first day at work, we will introduce you to our company and its values. You will be trained in health and safety rules and familiarized with the applicable regulations. Then we will introduce you to your mentor and colleagues. Depending on your position, your induction period may last from 3 to 12 months.
