The scholarship is a reward for the effort put into learning and is a motivation for further work and achieving even better results.
As our scholarship recipient, you will have the opportunity to learn about the DNA of our company, and later take up employment.

We award scholarships:
- to individuals studying in fields consistent with the current needs of the Lesaffre company
- implemented based on a tripartite agreement between You/Lesaffre and the high school/university.
You can become a scholarship recipient if:
- you are a student in the final year of high school or university in a field covered by the scholarship program
- you have achieved an average grade in the previous year of study of at least 4.8*
- you have been recommended by your school or university.
*the average may be modified in agreement with the school/university
YOUR TASKS AS A SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT WILL INCLUDE:
- Building a positive image of the company among students
- Informing us about school and academic events that fit the company’s activities and image
- Cooperation during participation in job fairs organized at the school or university
- Cooperation in organizing meetings, guest lectures conducted by the company
- Ensuring the quantitative and qualitative condition as well as the exposure of advertising materials provided by the company at the school or university.
Scholarships are awarded based on Scholarship Application forms submitted by the school or university.
The amount of the monthly scholarship is 10% of the minimum wage in a given year, paid for 9 months:
from September to May – for high school students
from October to June – for university students.
In the 2025/2026 school year, it is 462.60 PLN
