ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTPION HR I ADMINISTRACJI
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) DEPARTMENT
Responsible for employee recruitment, training organization, development of motivation and employee evaluation systems, as well as working time accounting, payroll calculation, and non-wage benefits administration. Shapes a positive image of the Employer and cares for its brand.
ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
It provides secretarial services, ensures proper communication, organizes business trips and meetings, archives documents, manages the workwear service, and operates Smart Lunch. It also co-creates numerous corporate social responsibility projects.
FINANCE AND IT DIVISION

The finance department provides accounting and financial services for the company, handles debt collection and banking matters. It prepares financial statements and reports.

Ensures the highest quality of our products, supervises internal quality systems ISO 22000 and ISO140001, and introduces innovations in the company.
INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNICAL DIVISION
LABORATORY
It is responsible for the breeding and transfer of laboratory yeast strains to the Fermentation Department. These strains are the starting material for industrial-scale yeast production. The department also controls the physicochemical and microbiological parameters of all stages of yeast production, baking additives, the production environment, and plant wastewater.
FERMENTATION
This department is responsible for propagating yeast obtained from the laboratory. Its main task is to ensure optimal conditions for the growth of yeast cells in fermentation vats by dosing appropriately prepared raw materials. After cultivation, the yeast cells are separated from the effluent and rinsed, and then sent to the Packaging Department in the form of yeast slurry.
PACKAGING
In this department, the yeast milk is filtered and concentrated, then formed into cubes and packaged in paper and foil.
PRODUCTION OF BAKING ADDITIVES
It manufactures baking and confectionery mixes, functional improvers, and specialized additives for the industrial market.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT
It cares for the natural environment by monitoring the wastewater treatment system and managing waste generated during yeast production, including through its agricultural use. This department also includes the Agricultural Department and RWŚ (Agricultural Use of Wastewater).
BHP AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
These departments are responsible for employee safety and the improvement of production processes.
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
It includes a mechanical repair section, an electrical and mechanical section, a media maintenance section, and an automation section. Employees in this department ensure the smooth operation of the entire plant by providing comprehensive mechanical, technical, and electrical services.
INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT
This is the department where all investment projects are run and supervised.
SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION
It purchases raw materials, packaging, and other materials, handles production planning, storage of finished products, and their shipment to customers. It also coordinates the company’s fleet. It consists of the planning and purchasing department, external logistics, internal logistics, production warehouses, and technical warehouse.
SALES DIVISION
Responsible for the sale of the company’s products and after-sales service by supporting our customers in technological baking and acquiring new contractors.
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
It conducts research and analysis of the market, actively supports sales, prepares advertising campaigns, creates needs and products, promotes products, cares for the company’s brand and at the same time builds its positive image.
BAKING CENTER
A place for cooperation with customers and a training center for bakers in the field of our products. A department for the improvement of new baking technologies and the implementation of new products.
