FIFTH NOTICE TO SUBMIT SHARE CERTIFICATES
The Management Board of Lesaffre Polska Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Wołczyn (the “Company”), acting in fulfilment of the obligation set out in Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), hereby calls upon all shareholders to submit the share certificates held by them, including any collective share certificates, for the purpose of dematerialisation.
The share certificates shall be submitted at the Company’s registered office, i.e. at ul. Dworcowa 36, 46-250 Wołczyn, to the Human Resources Department (rooms 3-5) on the ground floor of the office building, on business days (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Submission of the share certificates to the Company shall take place against written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
This notice constitutes the fifth of the five notices required under the above-mentioned legal provision.
FOURTH NOTICE TO SUBMIT SHARE CERTIFICATES
The Management Board of Lesaffre Polska Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Wołczyn (the “Company”), acting in fulfilment of the obligation set out in Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), hereby calls upon all shareholders to submit the share certificates held by them, including any collective share certificates, for the purpose of dematerialisation.
The share certificates shall be submitted at the Company’s registered office, i.e. at ul. Dworcowa 36, 46-250 Wołczyn, to the Human Resources Department (rooms 3-5) on the ground floor of the office building, on business days (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Submission of the share certificates to the Company shall take place against written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
