V CALL FOR SHARE DOCUMENTS
The Management Board of the Company under the name of Lesaffre Polska Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wolczyn (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in performance of its obligation under Article 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 on amending the Act – Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), calls on all shareholders of the Company to submit their share documents (collective share slips) for dematerialization.
Share documents should be submitted at the Company’s headquarters, i.e. at 36 Dworcowa Street, 46-250 Wolczyn, in the Human Resources Department (rooms 3-5) on the first floor of the office building, on working days (Monday through Friday) from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The filing of share documents with the Company is done with written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
This call is the fifth, out of five calls required by the above-mentioned provision of the law.
IV CALL FOR SHARE DOCUMENTS
