Livendo offers sourdough-based products: with malt, organic acids, spices, etc. These products help expand and diversify the range of aromatic bakery items.

They are added directly to the flour, and the ease of dosing allows to obtain the desired intensity of aroma. The use of the preparations facilitates the shaping of the dough pieces.

Expiration date

8 to 18 months from the date of production depending on the product type.

Dosage

1% to 4% of the total weight of the flour (1 to 4 kg per 100 kg of flour), depending on the product and the required intensity of aroma.
