PURE STRAINS

LIVENDO Starters are created by combining pure and carefully selected strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeast. They are used to produce exceptional acids and aromas in the dough.

LIVENDO Starters simplify the preparation of the sourdough to the extent that it is possible to prepare it in a single step in less than 24 hours.
