I have been working at Lesaffre for 6 years. I started as a Packaging Machine Operator in the Packaging Department. Later I was promoted to the Fermentation Department successively to the positions of: Operator, Foreman, Specialist, and currently I am a Process Engineer.
Working in this department is full of challenges. There is a lot going on and in different areas – there is no boredom 😉
Contact with people, improving processes, maintaining continuity of production and communication between departments are the basis of my daily work.

I started my adventure with Lesaffre more than 20 years ago as a Laboratory Technician in the company’s microbiology laboratory.
Today, I am Quality and Innovation Manager and oversee the food safety management system, environmental management system, and support and coordinate innovation activities.
My work is dynamic, daily challenges and close cooperation with each department. After all, the awareness and commitment of the entire team is the key to maintaining quality and production standards that meet the demands of today’s market and consumer, as well as the ever-increasing regulatory requirements.
Each successfully passed system audit, extending the validity of our certificates, each customer audit, confirming Lesaffre’s status as a reliable and trustworthy supplier, and each innovation implemented, even a small one, has brought me great satisfaction over the years, because I know that in this company, these issues are not indifferent to anyone, and all employees, regardless of level, work for this result together with me.
