French Baguette is a 10% baking mix for the production of wheat bread in the form of a baguette

The wheat baguette is considered a symbol of France, especially its capital city. The oblong-shaped bread with rustic cuts and a unique aroma is a must-have breakfast element in every French family and not only there. Creamy and elastic crumb, large pores, thin, crispy golden-colored crust perfectly characterize the French baguette made from our baking mix. Our product allows you to adapt various recipes, e.g. in a multi-grain, spicy version or with the addition of olives or dried tomatoes. High water content in the dough increases the freshness of the bread compared to similar products on the market. Its characteristic flavor is made of durum wheat leaven and a special method of fermentation. The product bears the „Clean Label” mark.
